2种剂量甲氨蝶呤行骨肉瘤新辅助化疗的不良反应和耐受性的比较 被引量：2

摘要 目的评价应用2种不同大剂量甲氨蝶呤(MTX)方案在骨肉瘤新辅助化疗中的不良反应和耐受性。方法随机抽取96例Ⅰ a～Ⅱb期骨肉瘤患者分为Ⅰ化疗组(A组)和Ⅱ化疗组(B组)。两组分别给予MTX10g/n^2和6g/m^2,阿霉素(ADM)+顺铂(DDP)及异环磷酰胺(IFO)行术前和术后辅助化疗。术前化疗10天为1周期,共4个周期,术后化疗14天为1周期,共12个周期。化疗期间给予相应的支持治疗。结果化疗各周期中,A组与 B组白细胞数和中性粒细胞数绝对值差异无显著性。A组由于白细胞减少引起的发热发生率高于B组。A组较B组消化道不良反应(恶心、呕吐及口腔炎),肝功能异常的发生率高,但是经对症处理后均可缓解。A组引起的皮肤改变发生率高,两组间程度差异有显著性。结论骨肉瘤患者对两种不同大剂量MTX+ADM+DDP及IFO方案治疗耐受性良好。
