江苏省民办医院调查报告

Investigation on private hospital in Jiangsu province

目的:通过对民办医院的数量、规模、分布、资源配置及医疗服务利用等状况的调查,为民办医院发展制定新的措施。方法:采用全面问卷调查和文献资料调查方法,以江苏省446所民办医院为研究对象。结果:民办医院在数量和规模上已有一定的基础,在为人民群众提供医疗服务中作出了较大贡献,但区域发展不平衡,规模较小,发展环境尚待改善,人才队伍建设尤其是学科带头人匮乏。结论:民办医院需进一步发展,要制定好发展规划,实行分类指导;贯彻落实鼓励民办医院发展的各项政策措施;同时加大对民办医院的行业监管力度。

Objectives： To make new policy on private hospital development by investigation on number, scale, distribution, medical resources and medical service utilization in private hospital in Jiangsu province. Methods： Literature review and general investigation were used. All 446 private hospitals in Jiangsu province were research objects. Resuhs： Private hospitals in Jiangsu province have been developed in number and scales and they have made much contribution on medical service provision. Problems in private hospitals were imbalance of regional development, small scales, poor development environment and lack of qualified human resources. Conclusions： Private hospitals need further development. Good development planning and classification guideline, implementing policies encouraging private hospital development and strengthening industry regulation are effectiveness way for private hospital development.
