摘要
目的:进一步提高医疗质量,保证危急值制度的执行力和有效性。方法:医院层面成立跨部门的危急值质量管理小组,协调与监控整个危急值流程的执行情况,评估危急值项目设置的合理性与有效性;检验、放射、B超、心电图、门急诊及临床各科针对本部门进行危急值质量的控制与改进活动。结果:优化了危急值报告制度的内容及报告流程,提高了危急值制度的落实率。结论:全部门、全过程、全员参与的医院危急值无缝隙管理能提高危急值制度的执行力和有效性。
Objectives: To further improve medical quality and assure the implementatinn and effectiveness of critical value system. Methods: Cross sector critical value management group was fnunded to coordinate and monitor the whole critical value management process and to evaluate the rationality and effectiveness of critical value setting. Department of laboratory test, radiology, B ultrasonic, electrocardiogram, outpatient and emergency service and all clinical have been carried out critical value quality control and promotion. Results: Content and process of critical value report system is optimized and the implementation rate of critical value system is improved. Conclusions: All departments, whole process and total involvement hospital critical value seamless management could improve the implementation and effectiveness of critical value system.
