岳阳市三级医院临床医师医疗风险法律防控现况调查及影响因素分析

A cross-sectional study of clinicians’ legal knowledge and its influential factors

目的:了解本市各级医院临床医师对医疗相关法律知识掌握现状,分析其影响因素,探讨科学有效的风险管理措施。方法:采用分层随机按比例抽样方法,用一般资料问卷、医疗相关法律知识问卷对全市各级综合医院460名临床医师进行调查。结果:调查共收回有效问卷445份,临床医师相关法律知识得分为23.18±6.08,得分率为58.23%;单因素分析中,年龄、工作年限、学历、职称、医院级别、有无行政职务、是否培训对知识掌握情况有影响,各项P<0.05,而不同科室临床医师法律知识掌握无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:临床医师与医疗风险相关的法律知识掌握欠缺,影响因素为多方面,急需从各方面努力提高临床医师的相关法律知识,不断健全风险管理机制,有效规避医疗风险。

Objectives： To understand clinicians＇ medical related legal knowledge in Yneyang city and analyze its influence factors and to explore scienlifie and effective risk management measures. Methods： A stratified random sampling methnd was used and 460 elinieians in general hospital were selected as samples to receive the general information questionnaire survey of medical-related legal knowledge. Results： A total of 445 valid questionnaires, elinieians, legal knowledge related to score 22.28 ±6.28, score was 57.13%, univariate analysis, age, work experience, education, job lille, the hospital level, with or without administrative dulies, whether the h＇aining is to master knowledge influence the situation, and all P 〈0.05, and different levels of edueation, different seelinns of the legal knowledge to master clinician was no significant difference, P〉 0.05. Conclusions： Clinicians and health risks related to the lack of legal knowledge to master, as many factors, clinicians need to improve all aspects related to legal knowledge. Continuously improve the risk management meehanism, to aw, id medical risks effectively.
