青草沙输水隧道盾构施工期力学性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 盾构法隧道施工过程中浅覆土区上浮、最大覆土处隧道同步注浆附加应力、千斤顶对管片集中应力等问题是关系到隧道施工质量和结构安全的关键节点。以青草沙水源地原水工程输水隧道为依托工程,简述了其施工过程中的浅覆土区隧道上浮、最大覆土处隧道同步注浆压力、千斤顶压力等工况,并介绍了隧道结构安全性评估及其结果,提出了相应技术措施,可为类似工程提供参考。 The issues of the narrow covered soil area to float up,the maximum additional stress of synchronous grouting of tunnel at the covered soil area and the centralized stress of jack on the segments in he course of the tunnel construction by shield are the key nodes related to the construction quality of tunnel and the security of structure.Based on the water conveying tunnel of Qingcaosha Water Source Raw Water Project,the article briefly describes the working states of the tunnel floating up in the narrow covered soil area,the maximum synchronous grouting pressure of tunnel at the covered soil area and the jack pressure in the course of its construction,introduces the security evaluation and its result of the tunnel structure,and puts forward the relative technical measures able to be referred for the similar projects.
