摘要
该文总结了某国有大型建筑施工企业深抓成本管理的若干经验,同时指出目前存在的问题,并提出相应的对策措施。可供同行借鉴。
The article discusses some experience to grasp the cost management of a large building construction enterprise,also points out the present existing problems and puts forward the relative countermeasures able to be referred for the similar projects.
