Solving Scheme for Emergent Warning Commanding System of Hubei Province Hanshi Expressway Administrative Office

该文根据目前汉十高速公路应急预警管理系统的现状,对目前高速公路公司突发事件应急预警管理主要存在问题进行分析,提出按照应急预警管理内容将整个应急预警管理过程分为平时管理、战时管理、基础数据库建设三部分;从技术角度分析其可行性,介绍该系统整体模型设计原理,系统框架及其业务功能划分;并针对不同应急内容进行详细说明。

Based on the present status of emergent warning commanding system of Hanshi Expressway,the article analyzes the main problems in the emergent warning management of unexpected incident handled by an expressway company,puts forward to divide the whole emergent warning management process into three parts of peacetime management,wartime management and basic data bank building according to the emergent warning management contents,technically analyzes its feasibility,introduces the integral model design principle of this system,the system framework and its business functional division,and illustrates the different emergent contents in detail.
