摘要
该文介绍了兰州市区河洪道综合治理的研究。兰州市是西北干旱地区典型的河谷盆地型城市,将对位于市区中心地段的洪道进行资源化综合治理。对洪道沿线的土地开发,优化沿线土地利用结构、资源产业结构和土地利用模式有着积极的意义,可以重塑兰州城市形象,提升城市中心地区的服务功能,创造多层次、个性化的城市空间质量环境和形象。
The article introduces the study on the comprehensive harnessing of river flood channels in Lanzhou City Area.Lanzhou City is a typical valley-basin city in the northwest aridity region.The flood channels located in the central areas of city are comprehensively resourcing harnessed.It is actively significant to develop the land along the flood channels,and to optimize the utilized land structure,resource industrial structure and land utilizing pattern along the channels,which can rebuild the urban image of Lanzhou,enhance the service function of urban central area,create the multilevel and individuating urban space quality environment and image.
