摘要
该文首先论述了市政工程的特点及其项目管理的主要特征;接着分析了目前施工现场管理中所存在的主要问题;最后有针对性地提出改进施工现场管理工作的若干建议,可供同行借鉴。
The article firstly discusses the characteristics of municipal engineering and the main characters of this project management,then analyzes the main problems existing in the construction field management,and finally puts forward several proposals to improve the management work of construction field able to be referred for the similar projects.
