浅析高速公路水泥混凝土路面施工质量控制

Elementary Analysis on Control of Expressway Cement Concrete Pavement Construction Quality

随着经济高速发展,高速公路已成为国家交通网络的骨干。该文根据青银高速公路河北段水泥混凝土路面施工的实际情况,结合相关工作经验,从施工前原材料选择、配合比研究,施工中立模、混凝土的摊铺和振实,施工后路面养护和通车前期保护等方面,有效控制水泥混凝土路面的施工质量。对工程运行现状的调查证实了相关措施的有效性,并总结了保证水泥混凝土路面施工质量的关键因素。

With the high-speed development of economy,the expressway has become the key of the national traffic network.Based on the practical conditions of cement concrete pavement construction of Hebei section in Qingyin Expressway and the relative working experience,the article describes the effective control of cement concrete pavement construction quality from the respects of the selection of raw materials before construction,study of mixing ratio,erection of formwork in construction,paving and ramming of concrete,and pavement maintenance after construction and protection before traffic into operation.The article investigates and proves the efficiency of the relative measures,and sums up the key factors to guarantee the construction quality of cement concrete pavement.
