MHB碎石化后沥青加铺层应力有限元研究

摘要 M H B碎石化是一种旧水泥混凝土路面处置技术,该技术具有节约资源、降低工程造价等优点。目前,碎石化技术在我国尚在初步使用阶段,对碎石化层力学性能的研究还较少,运用大型有限元软件ABAQUS,首次考虑了松散层的作用,对考虑松散层、等厚度级配碎石层上沥青加铺层层底应力、应变和弯沉进行了对比分析。分析结果表明:碎石化层比同厚度级配碎石的力学性能好。 MHB rubblization is an old cement concrete pavement treatment technique.It has the advantages of economical source and low engineering construction cost.At present,the rubblization technique is still at the primary using stage in China,and there is a little study on the mechanical performance of rubblization layer.The application of large finite element software ABAQUS firstly considers the action of relaxed layer.The article compares and analyzes the stress,strain and deflection at the bottoms of asphalt overlays on the considered relaxed layer and equal-thickness gradation rubblized layer.The analyzing result shows that the mechanical performance of the rubblized layer is better than the equal-thickness gradation rubblized layer.
