摘要
该文探讨了硅溶胶对于改善环保涂料的必要性和优势,指出硅溶胶能在各方面提高涂料的性能。探讨了硅溶胶含量在20%～60%、pH=9,粒径在10～20μm时稳定性最好,涂抹效果也最好。最后对涂料的性能进行了各方面的测试,还对制备工艺进行了阐述。
The article discusses the necessity and superiority of silica solution to improve the environmental protective coating,points out the silica solution can enhance the performance of coating in all respects,discusses its stability is the best and its coating effect is also the best when the content of silica solution is 20% ~ 60%,pH = 9 and the grain size is 10 ~ 20 um,and finally tests the performance of the coating in all respects and sets forth the preparation technology.
