摘要
全世界范围内正面临着自然灾害频发的状况,为提高抗击重大自然灾害风险能力,减少灾害损失,最大程度地确保人民群众生命财产的安全,该文认为建设专业的、应急设施完善的避难场所势在必行。接着,介绍了成都市大型避难场所工程设计与建设的情况。
In recently years,there have been some major natural disasters in the worldwide range.It is imperative to build the shelters with the professional and perfect emergent facilities in order to enhance the fighting capacity of the major natural disasters,to decrease the disaster loss and farthest to ensure the people's life and properties,and then introduces the design and construction of the large shelter project in Chengdu City.
