The Status of China's Anti-Dumping against Foreign Enterprises and Its Effect Analysis

回顾了1997-2010年我国反倾销案件的立案情况及实施反倾销措施取得的效果,分析了反倾销措施实施后国内产业发展中存在的一些问题及国外企业规避我国反倾销措施的策略,提出了加强我国反倾销工作的建议。

The article reviews the situation of China's placing anti-dumping cases on file for investigation and prosecution as well as the effect having been acquired by anti-dumping measures implementation from 1997 to 2010,analyzes some problems existing in domestic industrial development after anti-dumping measures implementation as well as foreign enterprises' strategy to evade China's anti-dumping measures and puts forward some suggestions to strengthen China's anti-dumping work.
