摘要
企业自主创新是当前从政府到企业的重要战略目标,但由于我国西部企业在创新意识、创新环境等方面的制约,使得企业创新能力不强。为了增强我国西部企业的创新能力,充分应对将来的竞争,我国西部企业应该在政府的主导下,增加创新资金的投入,扩展企业创新的融资渠道,从多方面改善创新环境,吸引和留住创新人才,激发企业自主创新的活力。
Enterprise＇s autonomous innovation is apresent important strategic objective from government to enterprise,but because of the restriction in innovative consciousness,the innovative environment,etc.of enterprises of west of our country,make enterprises innovate indifferently.In order to strengthen the innovation ability of enterprises of west of our country,fully tackle the competition in the future,the west enterprises of our country should increase the input of the innovative fund under the direction of the government,expand the financing channel that enterprises innovate,improve the innovative environment from many aspects,attract and keep innovative talents here,stimulate the vigor of enterprise＇s autonomous innovation.
