摘要
北部湾经济区作为重要国际区域经济合作区,急需高素质的外向型高层次人才,但现有外向型高层次人才非常紧缺,人才开发存在许多困难。本文对北部湾经济区外向型高层次人才开发现状进行深入分析,提出存在问题,从规划、政策、机制和培训模式等方面提出有效对策。
The North Bay economic zone as an important international regional economic cooperation zone,is urgently needed high-quality export-oriented high-level talent,but the existing export-oriented high-level talent is very scarce,there are many difficulties in human resource development.The paper analyzed the Gulf North Bay Economic Zone development status of export-oriented high-level personnel,existing problems,from planning,policies,mechanisms and training models and other aspects of effective countermeasures.
