提高我国花样滑冰男子单人滑选手节目编排水平的研究

Research of the Influencing Factors on the Programming of Chinese Men Figure Skating

采用文献资料法、现场观摩、数理统计法及逻辑分析法对当前我国优秀少年男子单人滑选手的节目内容编排状况进行分析与研究,认为运动员对规则的理解、音乐的选择以及对编排的整体构思等因素影响着我国男子花样滑冰选手自由滑节目编排水平的提高,教练员应深入理解规则,努力与新规则接轨,注重基本训练,调动运动员积极性,为少年花样滑冰运动员比赛和训练提供科学的理论依据,提高花样滑冰整体运动成绩。

With the methods of documentary information,participant observation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the paper has a research on Chinese elite junior men skaters＇ programming.It thinks that the factors of their understanding on the rules,selection of music and whole design of programming influence the Chinese men free skaters＇ improvement in programming.The coaches should have an indepth rule knowledge,make efforts to integrate with new rules,pay attention to the basic training,mobilize the skaters＇ enthusiasm.The purpose is to provide a scientific theoretical reference for the junior skaters＇ competition and training,to improve the whole performance of Chinese figure skating.
