冰雪体育文化软实力的建设对促进北方高校冰雪体育的快速发展和提升北方高校大学生的综合素质都具有积极的现实意义。指出冰雪体育文化软实力的建设具有促进学生身心的全面健康发展、培养学生终身体育意识和习惯、提高学生适应社会需求的综合素质等教育价值。提出:转变观念,树立终身体育意识;营造氛围,建设冰雪体育文化环境;多种渠道,实现大学生人文社会化全面发展等冰雪体育文化软实力的建设的实施途径,以促进北方高校校园的文明建设和高校大学生身心的全面健康发展以及全社会的发展和进步。

Developing the soft strength of ice-snow sports culture will has positive realistic significance for advancing the development of college ice-snow sports education and improving the students＇ general quality in northern universities.The paper thinks that the soft strength development of ice-snow sports embodies the educational value of encouraging the students＇ physical and psychological health development,cultivating their idea and custom of lifelong physical education,heightening their comprehensive quality to meet the social needs.It puts forward some implementary ways of developing the soft strength of ice-snow sports culture as follows： change the idea to have a consciousness and custom of lifelong physical education,Build the atmosphere to construct the culture environment of ice-snow sports,Find out more channels to have their integrated development of humanistic socialization.For accelerating the northern universities＇ campus civilization development and undergraduates＇ physical and psychological health development as well as the whole society＇s development.
