大陆游客在台旅游安全问题引发因素研究

The Research on Triggering Factors of the Mainland Tourists' Security Problems in Taiwan

大陆游客在台旅游安全问题的产生,既有源于导致旅游安全问题的一般性原因,也有源于两岸之间的独特性原因,且一般性原因中也隐含有源于台湾地理环境、地形地貌、气候状况,以及台海旅游现状等台湾特色。大陆居民在台旅游安全问题不但事关台湾旅游的形象、品质、大陆人民对台湾的认知,而且事关两岸人民的相互感知、认同和交流合作,为此,需进一步扩大两岸之间的交流与合作,增进互信;加强管理,提升大陆居民在台旅游品质;并创新思路,共建两岸旅游安全事故及突发事件危机处理体制、机制。

The safety of mainland travelers in Taiwan contains two problems ： the general witch results in the travelling safety problems, and the unique from the differences between the cross-straits; and the general refers to the geography, topography and weather, and the present tourism situation in Taiwan. The security issues of mainland residents traveling to Taiwan is related not only to Taiwan＇s tourism image, quality and recognition of mainland people about Taiwan, but also to the mutual perception, recognition, communication and cooperation between the two sides. For this reason, we need to have further communication and cooperation between the cross-straits under the principle of seeking win-win, to promote the mutual trust, to enhance the management and to improve the quality of the mainland travelers in Taiwan; we also need an innovative idea to build a system and mechanism to deal with the safety incidents and emergencies crisis in tourism between the two sides.
