目的地旅游资源安全综合评价及实证研究

A Comprehensive Evaluation on Safety of Tourism Resources in Destination and Empirical Study

对目的地旅游资源安全系统进行分析,提出目的地旅游资源安全系统由生态(天)、行为(人)和保障机制(机)三大子系统构成。为更深入了解三大子系统之间的相互作用关系,借鉴联合国可持续发展评价的PSR模型,阐述了生态、行为与保障子系统之间的作用机理。以此为基础,构建目的地旅游资源安全评价指标体系,并采用指数单因子评价和熵权法对江西婺源县旅游资源进行综合安全评价,结果显示:综合评价指数为0.866,位于旅游资源安全的警戒线之上,安全线之下,即黄线范围,表明婺源县旅游资源存在被破坏的趋势,需采取措施,加强保护。

Analyzed the security system of tourism resources of the destination, we suggested that the security system consists of the three major subsystems of destination tourism ecology, behaviors from people and guarantee mechanisn. To better understand the interaction between the three subsystems, we learned the PSR modal of evaluation of sustainable development from the United Nations, elaborated the functions of the security subsystems between ecology, behavior and guarantee mechanism. On this basis, we built an evaluation index system of tourism resources safety in destination, and uses the index single factor appraisal and the entropy weight to evaluate, thoroughly, the safety system of Wuyuan tourism resources in Jiangxi, witch shows that the comprehensive evaluation index is 0. 866 that is above warning line of tourism resources security and under the safety line, namely in the range of yellow. This means that there is a destructive tendency in Wuyuan tourism resources. We need to take some measures to protect the tourism resouces.
