摘要 从以往的研究来看,轨枕间距作为轨道结构的重要参数,其对钢轨的振动特性的影响较大,因此以试验方法研究枕间距对钢轨振动的影响具有一定的实际意义。通过脉冲锤击试验,针对4种不同枕间距工况分别测试钢轨的振动形态。在低于2 000 Hz频段内,随着枕间距的增加频响函数的幅值依次递减;在2 000~3 000 Hz频段内,随着枕间距的增加频响函数的幅值基本呈现出递增的趋势;随着轨枕间距的增加,钢轨的同阶模态频率在减小。研究结论:从减振降噪的角度来看,不宜设计枕间距小于60 cm的轨道结构。 As shown in previous studies, sleeper spacing as an important parameter of track has great influences on vibration of rail. Therefore, researching the influence of sleeper spacing on vibration of rail through experiment has certain practical significance. Utilizing impulse-response method, the influence of sleeper spacing on vibration of rail under four different value conditions was researched. Results indicated, in the range of less than 2 000 Hz frequency, rail vibration response decreases with increase of sleeper spacing; in the range of 2 000 - 3 000 Hz frequency, rail vibration response increases with the increase of sleeper spacing ; with the increase of sleeper spacing, the natural frequency of rail decreases. Research concluded, considering the perspective of rail vibration and noise reduction, the sleeper spacing should be less than 60cm.
