摘要
芜湖袁泽桥主桥为单孔下承式钢筋混凝土系杆拱桥,因现场环境特殊,采用就地破碎或爆破等拆除技术无法满足要求。结合袁泽桥上部结构拆除施工实例,介绍无损性拆除技术,着重介绍施工方案、主要机械设备、工作原理和安全控制措施。通过采用无损性拆除技术和有效的安全控制措施,成功地解决了本项目现场施工环境特殊、作业条件差、施工难度大、安全风险高等难题,仅用40d时间就安全、环保、高效地拆除了老桥。
Main bridge of Yuanze bridge in Wuhu city is a through tied-arch bridge, considering the special site environment, it would not satisfy the engineering requirements to demolish the bridge with the technique of smashing on the spot or the technique of blasting. With the demolition for the superstructure of Yuanze bridge as an example, a non-destructive demolition technique is introduced, including the demolition scheme, main mechanical equipment, operating principles and safety control measures. Through applying the non-destructive demolition technique and the effective safety control measures, difficult problems were solved including the special demolition environment, poor operating conditions, demolition difficulties, high safety risks and so on. Consequently, the old bridge was demolished environmentally friendly and effectively within 40 days.
