摘要
目的:了解医护生的职业倦怠现状,为行有效心理干预并提高医疗护理质量提供依据。方法:采用多阶段分层抽样方法,用MBI量表对155名医护生进行调查。结果:(1)不同比例的被试者均有一定程度的情感衰竭、个人成就感缺失、去人性化现象;(2)职业倦怠在去人性化、情感衰竭、个人成就感等三方面与性别、年龄、学历、实习时间等有关。结论:其职业倦怠严重程度堪忧,应给与临床医护生必要的心理干预进行预防及控制。
Objective: To investigate the status quo of the job boredom status of clinical interns and nursing students,in order to perform effective intervention,and improve medical care quality.Methods: Stratified multiple phases sample method was adopted;155 students were assessed by MBI inventory.Results: 1.Subjects of different proportion have certain extents of emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,and lower personal accomplishment.2.Job boredom was related with sexuality,age,education,and practice time in these three aspects.Conclusion: The prevalence and severity on job boredom of clinical students should be concerned.They should accept necessary mental intervention to prevent and control.
