Construction and application of internal assurance system for clinical teaching quality

临床教学质量对医学生的培养有着决定性的影响。医学教育标准的出台和医学教育认证的开展对临床教学质量提出了更高的要求。构建临床教学内部质量保障体系,并将之应用于指导临床教学管理、教学质量监控和改进、完善临床教学的评估等方面,有利于促进临床教学管理规范化和系统化,进而提高医学毕业生的质量。

The clinical teaching quality has a decisive impact on medical students.As the introduction of medical education standards and the certification of medical education in China,higher demands are put forward for clinical teaching quality.For these reasons,constructing an internal assurance system and applying to clinical teaching management,teaching quality supervision and improvement as well as teaching assessment are beneficial to promoting the normalization and systematization of clinical teaching so as to enhance the quality of medical graduates.
