摘要
为提高护理基础技能教学质量,提升护生护理基础技能操作水平,现基于成就动机归因理论及其归因训练模式,设计如何在护理基础技能教学中实施归因训练来引导护生在学习过程中对学业成果进行积极正确的归因,强化其学习动机,并探讨成就动机归因训练模式在护理基础技能教学应用中的优势,为护理基础技能教学提供改革参考理论依据。
In order to improve the teaching quality of basic nursing skills and students' nursing manipulation,now this research,based on attribution theory of achievement motivation and its attribution training model,designs how to implement attribution training in the teaching,which is to guide nursing students to formulate active attribution to their learning results and to strengthen their learning motivation,and then discusses the advantages of using this training model in order to provide references for the education of basic nursing skills.
