摘要
目的:探讨医学生人格特质与职业成熟度之间的关系。方法:采用《大学生职业调查问卷》和《艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版》对534名医学生进行问卷调查。结论:人格特征的内外倾、神经质、精神质三个因子与职业成熟度相关显著,人格特征对职业成熟度具有一定的预测力,优化医学生人格品质对提高职业成熟度有重要作用。
Objective： To explore the relationship between personality and career maturity.Methods： 534 students were questioned by college students＇ career survey questionnaire and EPQ-RSC.Conclusion： The three factors of personality affect career maturity.Optimizing the personality character of medical students plays an important role in enhancing career maturity.
