分子影像学诊断早期阿尔茨海默病的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimerdisease,AD),又称老年性痴呆,是最常见的痴呆类型。AD是一种极具破坏性的进行性神经系统变性病,主要表现为记忆力减退,并伴有其他认知功能损害的获得性、持续性、进展性智能减退综合征。红我曰年龄〉65岁的老年人AD的发病率为5%~15%,并且随着年龄的增长而增加。预计至2050年全世界范围内老年AD患者人数将由2006年的2700万E升至1.01亿。
