The different financing and managing models of eco-industrial parks in our country were summarized in this paper, and the feature of the models was analyzed. Moreover, the tendency of financing and managing models was analyzed, including the government-leading kinds, the way of executive supervision, contributors＇ willingness fulfilled by management main body, specialized operation, etc.
