Survey on quality of medical graduates in Zhengzhou University

通过对郑州大学医学院2005-2009届毕业生及其用人单位进行问卷调查,掌握毕业生工作现状、对学校教学的反馈、自我评价及其用人单位对毕业生的评价等基本信息,了解社会对人才培养的需求,找出人才培养过程中存在的问题并提出相关建议。

In order to know well about the work situation of graduates, to realize the evaluation of the department made by graduates and assessment of graduates by employing units, a tracking survey of the graduates of grade 2005-2009 majoring in medicine was conducted in Zhengzhou University. A questionnaire was sent out to both the students and employing units. The purpose is to find the problems existing in cultivation, to understand the requirement of the social market and to put forward some suggestions to improve teaching quality.
