运用循证医学教学模式培养应用创新型口腔医学人才 被引量:15

摘要 目的:探讨循证医学(Evidence Based Medicin,EBM)对口腔临床教学的影响及如何在口腔临床教学中建立EBM的教学模式。方法:通过对两组学生分别进行EBM教学模式(实验组)和传统医学教学模式(对照组),比较分析两组学生在自我评价,评教及理论实践考试成绩等方面的差异。结果:实验组自我评价问卷调查显示87%以上的学生认为循证医学教学模式在文献检索能力,资料阅读能力,知识更新能力,临床思维能力,医患沟通能力等方面对自己有帮助。两组学生对口腔科教师教学效果测评结果进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组学生口腔科实习出科理论及临床实践技能考试成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:EBM教学模式有利于提高学生对口腔医学知识的兴趣和对网络信息技术广泛运用;有利于医患沟通,改善医患关系;且对临床实践行为的规范具有重要的意义。 Objective: To discuss the effect of EBM mode in clinical teaching in stomatology and how to establish clinical EBM mode of teaching. Methods: The experimental group was carried out by EBM mode of teaching, and the control group by traditional medicine mode. The differences of the two groups of students were analyzes by self evaluation and iustmctional evaluation, the theory and practice examination. Resalts: By self-evaluation and questionnaire above 87% students of the experimental group feel that EBM mode of teaching is helpful to their document indexing ability and reading skills, knowledge renewal, clinical thinking ability and doctor-patient communication skills. Conclusion: EBM mode of teaching is conducive to enhance the students' interest in stomatology knowledge, which makes network information techniques widely used; it facilitates and improves relations between doctors and patients, and it is a great significance in standardizing clinical practice.
