摘要
多数医科院校的医学英语课堂教学仍固守着传统的教学模式,缺乏科学、有效的方法。有效教学,要求教师确立有效教学的理念,掌握有效教学的策略和技术,追求教学活动的效率与效益。有效教学理念旨在提高教师的教学效益、强化效能评价和目标管理,从而提高医学英语课堂教学效率。
There exist the conventional English teaching patterns which are ineffective in majority of medical universities. It is necessary for teachers of medical English to establish the notion and strategies of effective teaching so as to make the medical English teaching effective.
