摘要
论文提出制定好"十二五"期间人才队伍发展战略规划是事关江苏省高校图书馆事业发展的大事。树立科学的人才观是根本,加强高素质馆员队伍建设是基础,创新机制和制度是关键,完善评价机制和回报机制是核心,营造良好的人才环境是保证。
This paper puts forward that it should be significant to formulate well the strategic programming about talent of university libraries in Jiangsu Province during the "12th five-years plan". Therefore, setting the scientific talent view is a fundament. Strengthening the construction of librarian procession with high-quality is a basis. Establishing the innovation mechanism and system is a key. Perfecting the evaluation mechanism and repaying mechanism is a core and constructing a good talent environment is a guarantee.
