关于西露天矿开采与石油一厂地表变形关系初探及实现“双保”的几点建议

摘要 通过近几年来对西露天矿开采及石油一厂厂区变形稳定性的多学科综合研究,明确了影响厂区地表变形的四大因素即断层构造、地下水、井工开采和露天开采。其中露天开采是主导的因素,也是可以防治的。因此提出厂矿合作,双保共治措施,即矿区采取合理开采,厂区采取局部不稳厂基加固措施,以确保安全生产. Multi-discipline studies on the relation between the stability against deformation of the plant area of Fushun Petroleum Refinery No.1 and the mining activity in the West Open Pit of Fushun Coal Mine have been carried out in recent years from which it has been found that there are four main factors responsible for the surface deformation of the plant area, namely, the fault structures, groundwater, underground mining and open pit mining. Among these factors, the mining activity in the West Open Pit is dominant but its effect is preventable and controllable. Based on such an understanding, some suggestions for mitigating the surface deformation of the plant area through joint effort are put forward, i.e., the mine should arrange its mining activity reasonably and the refinery should reinforce the unstable foundations in some localities in order that the safety in production of both the mine and the refinery can be assured.
