Pak4的生物学特性及其与肿瘤的相关性研究

摘要 pak4(p21-activated kinase 4,pak4)为一类进化上保守的丝/苏氨酸蛋白激酶。作为小鸟苷三磷酸蛋白Rho家族cdc42和rac的下游靶蛋白,pak4可通过结合大量的靶蛋白和激酶底物,发挥多种生物学效应,包括调节细胞骨架、细胞周期、细胞生长与凋亡等。目前的研究表明,pak4参与肿瘤细胞的信号传导通路,对于肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭和转移起重要作用。通过对pak4的研究,可以为抗肿瘤药寻找治疗的分子靶点。
