基因表达谱的数据挖掘在乳腺癌诊治中的应用
摘要
随着人类基因组计划的完成和后基因组时代的到来,大量关于乳腺癌的基因表达数据被人们所揭示。通过整理近年来基因表达谱数据库、基因芯片临床应用的相关研究,从乳腺癌的分级、分类、诊断、治疗、预后等方面,阐述了基因表达谱数据挖掘在乳腺癌诊治中的应用现状。
