Dispelsuspicion on unknown written-time letters in the 23th volume of The Complete Works of Hu Shi

《胡适全集》第23卷收录了胡适1929年以前的中文书信,其中部分书信书写时间不明。因赖以判断的线索太少,编者未能尽可能地确定或接近它们的书写时间,以致这些书信成为时间不明之疑信,妨碍学术界对它们的准确利用,亟待逐一厘清。

The 23th volume of The Complete works of Hu Shi embodied pre-1929 chinese letters of Hu Shi,some of the letters have unknown written-time.The editors couldn＇t confirm or find out the exact written-time because of the few clues so that these letters belong to the ones with suspicious written times,and hamper its academic use.so the problems need to be clarified one by one urgently to determine or close to their real written-time.
