摘要
为了研究数控成形磨床中腰导轨移动式立柱温度场特性,采用LabVIEW(laboratory virtual instrument engineeringworkbench)虚拟仪器开发温度实时采集系统,对中腰导轨移动式立柱执行温度场测量,并基于测量数据对立柱进行热态特性分析;根据对温度场数据的分析和研究,针对时间常数跨度较大的多阶指数函数,提出一种逐级递推式拟合算法。根据不同时间常数的指数函数具有不同平衡时间的特点,通过数学变换,采用一阶指数函数的拟合算法进行拟合并逐级递推,分别得到多阶指数函数不同项的时间常数和相应的幅值。拟合曲线与试验曲线相比,此算法简单实用,并具有较高的拟合精度,适合用于移动式立柱温度特性分析与精确建模。
In order to study numerical control form grinding machine temperature field characteristics on movable upright column with mid-arranged sliding guide,a real-time temperature acquisition system was developed by LabVIEW(laboratory virtual instrument engineering workbench) and temperature field on column was measured.Based on the analysis of data,a step-by-step recursive fitting algorithm was presented to process multi-order exponential function with large span of time constant.In accordance with the feature that exponential function with various time constants has different equilibrium time,first-order exponential function fitting algorithm was adopted;then time constant and corresponding amplitude of multi-order exponential function through step-by-step fitting.High fitting precision has been proved by comparing the fitting curve with the test curve.The fitting algorithm is suitable for temperature characteristic analysis and accurate modeling of upright column.
