摘要
针对现行圆柱度测量方法的局限性和存在的问题,提出一种基于面阵传感技术的圆柱度测量新方法———多孔径重叠扫描拼接测量。该方法以数字光栅条纹投射技术为单视角测量手段,利用多孔径重叠扫描拼接技术实现各个单视角面形数据的精确融合拼接,从而获得零件的整个圆柱表面的面阵数据。文中给出圆柱度扫描拼接测量原理、拼接模型及算法,并通过对样品轴实测证明该方法的准确性和可行性。该方法具有非接触、高效、全场的特点,且能够满足新一代GPS(geometrical product specifications,产品几何技术规范)标准的采样要求,从而为圆柱度的精确评定提供可靠的数据信息。
In order to effectively overcome the limitations and shortcomings of the existing cylindricity measurement,a novel method using area-array sensor for cylindricity measurement is presented.Digital grating projection technique is used as single-view measuring means,and all views are connected accurately using multi-aperture overlap-scanning connection technique,the whole surface data of cylinder part are obtained.The multi-aperture overlap-scanning theory,connection model and algorithm of cylindricity measurement are all presented.Experimental results are carried out to demonstrate the veracity and feasibility of the suggested method.The method offers such advantages as no-contact,high efficiency and whole-field information.The sampling density can meet the requirement of GPS(geometrical product specifications),and the sample data can be used for precise evaluation of cylindricity.
