摘要
在考虑结构弹性变形、空间大范围运动以及弹性振动与刚体运动耦合的基础上,建立整流罩有限元模型。在验证有限元模型的正确性后,采用MSC.Nastran有限元程序对其进行模态分析,获得罩体结构的固有频率特性和振型特点。最后采用MSC.Dytran程序提供的大变形动力学响应分析的显式差分法算法,对飞行工况下的整流罩分离运动过程进行动力学数值模拟,获得罩体结构动力学响应特性和分离参数。对比已有的实验数据验证文中分析方法的正确性。
A large scale thin-walled fairing structure was modeled for finite element analysis(FEA) which takes account of the coupling effect of structural elastic deformation and large scale space rigid movement.The natural frequencies and elastic vibration modes of the fairing structure was obtained by means of modal analysis using MSC.Nastran after the correctness verification of the FEA model.The dynamic separation movement process of the fairing under flight condition was simulated through MSC.Dytran software system with the explicit difference format facilities for large elastic deformation.The vibrating properties and characteristic parameters of the fairing separation were obtained.In comparison with some available experimental data,the effectiveness of the simulation to the fairing separation was verified.
