双黄解毒乳膏的抗炎作用

Study on anti-inflammatory effects of Shuang-huang attenuation cream

目的:研究双黄解毒乳膏的抗炎作用。方法:采用角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀法、二甲苯对小鼠腹部皮肤毛细血管通透性增加、棉球致大鼠肉芽组织增生炎症动物模型,对双黄解毒乳膏的保护作用和治疗效果进行研究。结果:双黄解毒乳膏可抑制大鼠角叉菜胶性足肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿增生、降低二甲苯性毛细血管通透性增加。结论:双黄解毒乳膏有明显的抗炎作用。

OBJECTIVE To study the anti-inflammatory effects of Shuang-huang attenuation cream. METHODS The inflammations animal models inducing hind raws swelling in rats induced by carrageen of capillary permeability increase was induced by xylene in mice and the weight of granulation in rats induced by tampon were adopted to study the protecting effect and therapy effect of Shuang-huang attenuation cream. RESULTS Shuang-huang attenuation cream can inhibit the inflammatory on hind raws swelling in rats induced by carrageen and the weight of granulation in rats induced by tampon, depressing the increase of capillary permeability in mice. CONCLUSION Shuang-huang attenuation cream has anti-inflammation effects obviously.
