This paper puts forward the necessity to organize library scientific and research team, analyzes the problems existing in the progress of organizing research team, and discusses how to organize research team from many aspects including the discipline leaders of scientific and research team, research content, team objectives, researchers scale and constitution, establishing perfect management mechanism and team culture construction.
