Evaluation of Digital Resource Construction Based on Contingent Valuation Method

高校图书馆数字资源在一定范围内具有公共物品属性,建设的价值很难用货币衡量。本文尝试以条件价值评估法对数字资源建设的价值进行估算,并以案例数据库具体调查分析,按不同读者群分别计算,最后统计数字资源建设的价值,并通过数据检验,认为方法可行,同时还对案例数据库进行了费用效益分析。

Digital resource of universities libraries pOssesses public articles attribute to some extent and it is hard to evaluate its construction significance with money. The paper tries to estimate the value of construction of digital resource by the means of contingent valuation method. First of all, case database was investigated and analyzed and then calculation was made according to different reader groups, and finally, the value of digital resource was counted, which was examined by data to be feasible and at the same time the cost-effectiveness of case database was also explored.
