摘要
设计了基于网络通信技术和射频识别(RFID)技术的数控系统。通过Socket套接字实现各射频读写系统之间的信息通信,网络通信实现各射频终端的信息共享;通过Boost库中的Regex类实现正则表达式对NC代码的分析和控制信息提取。定义了射频标签中的数据,从而实现系统通过标签自动调用NC代码文件进行加工控制以及远程控制各射频终端读写系统。
Based on network communication and radio frequency identification (RFID) technology, a CNC system is developed. The RFID read-write systems can exchange their information through the socket technology, so the RFID terminals on the network can share their information by the network communica- tion; The regex class in Boost library is used to analyze the NC code and collect control information through regular expressions. The datas of the RFID tag are defined, so the CNC system can call the NC code file automatically through RFID tag and control the read-write system of the remote RFID terminals.
