摘要
文章应用正交实验法,以二通插装阀为研究对象,用FLUENT 12.0软件进行数值模拟实验。以通过二通插装阀进出口压差最小为设计目标,通过对实验结果分析,确定影响该阀性能的主要结构及参数,并得到二通插装阀压降最小化的初步方案。结果证明该优化方案可以大大提高设计质量。
By using orthogonal design, the two-way cartridge valve was studied. Fluentl2.0 software can be used to carry out the numerical simulation experiment. The design is on the purpose of minimization of the relative pressure which is from the inlet to the outlet.By analyzing the result of the experiment, the main structure and parameters which influence the performance of the valve can be gained.The optimiza- tion method about minimization of the relative pressure can also be gained. The results show that the optimization method can enhance the design quality.
