摘要
X射线凸度仪安装在钢厂的热轧机出口处,用于快速和连续测量热轧板带的各项参数。凸度仪系统中,用户界面是一重要组成部分。基于对用户界面的功能需求分析,提出了凸度仪信息显示与管理软件的设计思路与实现方法,开发了1套可视化的信息显示与管理软件。该软件能全面显示各种相关数据,并能对数据进行进一步处理、存储、检索等操作,具有良好的人机交互功能。通过模块化的设计方式,软件中各单元功能划分清晰,数据交换合理,有利于程序的调试与功能的扩展。
An X-ray instantaneous profile gauge is installed at the outlet of hot rolling mill,used to measure various parameters of the hot strips fast and continuously.In the instantaneous profile gauge system,user interface is an important part.Based on function requirement analysis of the user interface,the design principle and implementing method of information display and management software in the system were given,and the visualization information display and management software was developed.With good human-computer interface feature,this software can display various data completely,and can further store,process and query the data.By way of module design,units of the software have separate functions with reasonable data exchange,and the software is easy to debug and extend.
