V—O—Co配聚物的合成、结构及表面光电性能 被引量:1

摘要 采用水热方法合成了V—O—Co配聚物[V2Co O6(H2O)2]n,通过单晶X-射线衍射确定了该配聚物的分子结构.结构分析表明,该配聚物是1个完全由O原子为桥连接起来具有3D无限结构的杂多核配聚物.利用表面光电压光谱(SPS)研究了配聚物的表面光伏性能.结果表明,配聚物在300~800 nm范围内呈现出正的光伏响应.同时对该配聚物的UV-Vis-NIR和IR光谱进行了测定和分析指认. A V—O—Co complex [V2Co O6(H2O)2]n has been synthesized by hydrothermal method.The structure of the complex was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction.The structure analysis shows that the complex is a 3D multinuclear polymer bridged by μ-O atoms.The photo-electric property was investigated by surface photovoltage spectroscopy(SPS).The results indicate that the complex exhibits positive surface photovoltage responses in the range of 300~800 nm.In addition,the UV-Vis-NIR and IR spectra of the complex were measured and analyzed.
