摘要
通过热态模拟实验,借助SEM,XRD以及原位分析等检测手段,分析脉石、镁铁比、矿物结构等物理性质对铬矿熔化性能的影响,以及助熔剂、碱度等条件对铬矿直接还原的影响。研究结果证明,在一定条件下,铬矿的收得率达到80%以上,能够满足生产要求。
By means of thermal simulation,SEM,XRD and in situ analysis detection methods,the influence of chromium ore physical properties such as gangue,Mg/Fe and mineral structure to melting properties,as well as the influence of solvent and alkalinity to the direct reduction on chromium ore were obtained.The results show that,the recovery rate of chromium ore could reach more than 80% under certain conditions,which could meet production requirements.
