摘要
研究304不锈钢铸锭中非金属夹杂物的类型和数量,通过示踪剂分析不锈钢中夹杂物的来源。结果表明:不锈钢铸锭中显微夹杂物主要是以Al2O3-SiO2-CaO系硅酸盐夹杂为主,粒度<5μm的显微夹杂物中同时存在大量的镁铝尖晶石夹杂;大型夹杂物主要有两类复合夹杂物Al2O3-SiO2-CaO系夹杂、Al2O3-SiO2系夹杂;汤道耐火材料的侵蚀是夹杂物主要来源之一,钢包耐火材料对夹杂生成的影响微弱。
The type and the amount of the non-metallic inclusions in 304 stainless steel ingot were investigated,with a tracer used to find out the origin of inclusion.The results show that most of the micro inclusions are Al2O3-SiO2-CaO system inclusions,the micro inclusions(5 μm) coexit amount of MgO-Al2O3 spinel inclusions;the macro inclusion is main to have two types of compound admixture,respectively is the type of Al2O3-SiO2-CaO,the type of Al2O3-SiO2;one of the main source of the non-matallic inclusions is the slag for the refractory corrosion in the molten steel during tapping;ladle lining affects slightly.
