摘要
对迈克尔逊干涉仪上形成的等效光源做详细的分析,指出等倾干涉条纹出现椭圆的原因并指明调整思路。
The formation of the equivalent light sources on Michelson interferometer is analysed in detail.The reason of the interference fringes appeared ellipse is pointed out and the adjusting method is stated.
