摘要
目的探讨人凝血因子ⅩⅢA亚单位(FⅩⅢA)Pro564Leu基因多态性与不同性别原发性脑出血的关系,FⅩⅢAPro564Le在两性间的突变频率。方法应用聚合酶链反应和限制性片断长度多态性技术,对54例男性和26例女性原发性脑出血患者及55例男性和25例女性健康对照者FⅩⅢA第12号外显子Pro564Leu基因多态性进行检测。结果男性脑出血组Leu564等位基因频率(23.15%)明显高于男性对照组(4.55%)(P<0.01),女性脑出血组Leu564等位基因频率(23.08%)亦高于对照组(6.00%)(P<0.05),男性脑出血组与女性脑出血组之间、男性对照组与女性对照组之间FⅩⅢAPro564Le基因型和等位基因频率分布无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 FⅩⅢAPro564Leu突变可增加男性及女性脑出血的危险性。男女脑出血发病率不同可能与Pro564Leu多态性无关。
Objective To explore the correlation between coagulation factor ⅩⅢA subunit(FⅩⅢA) Pro564Leu polymorphism and primarily cerebral hemorrhage in the males and females,and the frequency of FⅩⅢAPro564Leu mutation between the sexes.Methods In 54 man patients and 26 feman patients with primarily cerebral hemorrhage and 55 man and 25 feman healthy controls,the Pro564Leu polymorphism at the Exon 12 in A subunit of coagulation factor ⅩⅢ was detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and restriction fragment length polymorphis(RFLP).Results The allele frequency of Leu564 was higher in the man cerebral hemorrhage group(23.15%) than in the man of control group(4.55%)(P<0.01).It was also that the allele frequency of Leu564 allele frequency of Leu564 in the feman cerebral hemorrhage group(23.08%) was higher than in the feman control group(6.00%)(P<0.05).It was no significant differences that allele frequency distribution of FⅩⅢAPro564Le between the groups of male and female patients in cerebral hemorrhage or the groups of male and female in control.Conclusion These results suggested that FⅩⅢA Pro564Leu polymorphism might have some relationship with both man and feman cerebral hemorrhage.Different incidence of cerebral hemorrhage between men and women may be no relation with the Pro564Leu polymorphism.
